The GoLeads AI platform — including its software, source and compiled code, user interface, look-and-feel, workflows, module structure, lead-scoring and matching algorithms, AI prompts and agent logic, GoGuide tutorials, pricing and packaging models, databases, data compilations, text, graphics and the names/logos "GoLeads AI", "GoGuide" and "GoMail" — is the proprietary property and trade secret of JEBA Solutions LLC and is protected by U.S. copyright, trademark, trade-secret (Defend Trade Secrets Act and Florida Uniform Trade Secrets Act), unfair-competition and computer-misuse laws. © 2026 GoLeads AI. Whether or not you have an account, you may NOT, directly or through any person, contractor or AI tool (including code-generation assistants such as Codex, Copilot or similar): (a) copy, clone, replicate, imitate or recreate the platform, its screens, flows, features, prompts or business model, in whole or in substantial part; (b) decompile, disassemble, reverse engineer or attempt to derive source code, algorithms, prompts or data structures; (c) scrape, crawl, harvest or bulk-download any page, data, lead records or outputs by automated means; (d) use the platform, its data or its outputs to build, train, benchmark or improve a competing product or AI model; (e) remove or alter any copyright, trademark or proprietary notice; or (f) access the platform to gather competitive intelligence. Accessing or using the site constitutes acceptance of these restrictions.
Remedies. Any violation causes irreparable harm to GoLeads AI. GoLeads AI may seek immediate injunctive relief without posting bond, actual damages, disgorgement of profits, statutory damages where available (including under the U.S. Copyright Act and Lanham Act), and recovery of its reasonable attorneys' fees and costs. GoLeads AI may also terminate access immediately and issue DMCA takedown notices. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, with exclusive venue in the state and federal courts located in Florida.
