We collect the information you provide when you create an account and use GoLeads AI — your name, business name, email address, and phone number — plus data you generate using the platform (searches, content, campaigns).
If you choose to verify your phone number, we collect and store it to send you a one-time verification code (OTP) by SMS and to prevent duplicate free trials. We do not sell, rent, or share your phone number or SMS opt-in data with any third parties, and we never use it for marketing. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out of SMS at any time by replying STOP.
To operate the platform, generate AI content, verify your identity, process payments (via Stripe), provide support, and improve our services. We do not sell your personal information.
We use trusted providers (Supabase, Stripe, Twilio, GoHighLevel, AI providers) solely to deliver the service. They process data only as needed to provide their function and are bound by their own privacy and security terms.
Your data is stored securely and access is restricted. We take reasonable measures to protect it, though no method of transmission is 100% secure.
