GoLeads AI and SeekNova AI are services operated by JEBA SOLUTIONS (“we”, “us”). This policy covers goleadsai.com, seeknovaai.com, the GoLeads AI and SeekNova AI apps and the text messages (SMS) we send.
We collect the information you provide when you create an account and use GoLeads AI — your name, business name, email address, and phone number — plus data you generate using the platform (searches, content, campaigns).
If you provide your phone number, we use it to verify your identity (one-time codes) and — only for the categories you choose to opt into — to send you (a) account & service (non-marketing) text messages such as appointment reminders, document requests, and tax/insurance service updates, and/or (b) marketing & promotional text messages. Opt-in for service texts and for marketing texts is separate and optional, is never required to use the service, and can be withdrawn at any time.
We do not sell, rent, or share your phone number, mobile information, or SMS opt-in/consent data with any third parties for their own marketing. Any sharing with our messaging processors (e.g., Twilio, GoHighLevel) is solely to deliver the messages you asked for. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of a category at any time; reply HELP for help. You can also manage your choices in your account under Communication Preferences.
To operate the platform, generate AI content, verify your identity, process payments (via Stripe), provide support, and improve our services. We do not sell your personal information.
We use trusted providers (Supabase, Stripe, Twilio, GoHighLevel, AI providers) solely to deliver the service. They process data only as needed to provide their function and are bound by their own privacy and security terms.
Your data is stored securely and access is restricted. We take reasonable measures to protect it, though no method of transmission is 100% secure.
